What happens when I return a product
When an order is returned and meets the requirements, the customer can choose the following options:

• refund
• credits on the store

Credits on the store can be used to place a new order.

When do I receive my refund?
The refund will always be credited to the account used for payment, using the same payment method. We are committed to processing refunds within 7 working days after receiving the return.

What happens if I return my order from outside Europe?
For returns from non-European countries, the import tax will be deducted from your credit.

Returns

What are the terms of return?
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, etc., must be returned together with the product without having been tampered with. If you are returning an order, always keep the tracking number and receipts for proof of shipment.

Shipping by post
When returning goods by post, please make sure fill out and attach the return form and put the return sticker on the package for address information. The return form will be attached to the delivery. If you haven't received one or lost it, please contact us. On the air bill it must be clearly written:

Goods returned, no commercial value

Shipping costs are fully at our expense when the product arrives damaged or not as described or when you have the wrong size.
