How do I pay for my order?

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide *. *Russia and Belarus are the only 2 countries we cannot ship to.
What is the delivery time for my order?
We strive for the following delivery times: - European Union: between 2-3 working days with DHL - International*: between 3-6 working days with DHL On public holidays, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping worldwide* (except DHL zone 7/8/9/10) for purchases over 200 euros.
What does VAT mean?
- VAT is a value added tax that EU and non-EU customers pay. - VAT is already included in all our prices.
How can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive a tracking code via email with which you can track your shipment. Another method of tracking the package is to download the appropriate application that is proposed at the time of purchase.
What are the return policies?
Our return policy allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days from the day you received the shoes. You can open and inspect the contents, however shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and packed in their original, double boxed packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Hundred customer service.
How can I return my order?
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for shipping and associated costs. Hundred can only process a refund after receiving the shoes in good condition. Therefore, we recommend that you always keep track of your tracking number and receipts. Be sure to complete and attach the return form included with your order. How to interpret sizes?
Hundred advises customers to measure the length of their feet before choosing a size. Measuring your feet will only take a few minutes, while returning the wrong shoe will cost both you and us time and money. You can estimate your Hundred size by measuring the length of your foot from heel to toe. If you can't find the right size please contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It is not possible to cancel or change an order. This is because after an order has been confirmed, the packing and shipping process begins immediately. Of course after receiving your order you can return it within 14 days*, you can check our returns page for more information.
Are sold out items put back in stock?
Some models are restocked from time to time. We recommend you keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications about our shoe models.
I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

I placed an order, can I return it?
Orders can be returned for credit or cash refund within 14 days. If you have any further questions you can contact our customer support at clienti@hundred100.com
Can I change my shoes to a different model or size?
We cannot change the order once it is completed. If you want you can return within 14 days and buy the new model with the credits or money returned.
